Moving to Las Vegas

Well, we did it. We finally decided to move. We both need a change and so we're heading out to buy some Las Vegas real estate.

The good news is that the prices have came down in the last year in Las Vegas. I'm happy about that! I may start a blog about Las Vegas once I get there!

We've been looking at Las Vegas real estate online and there are some nice homes there. We are trying to find a place in North Las Vegas if we can afford it. I hear it's nice there.

The next thing we have to do is figure out how much we can afford. Hopefully when we sell our house here we will have enough for a large down payment on some nice Las Vegas property.

We love the nightlife that Las Vegas has to offer, especially the Tao Las Vegas, it's the coolest place in Las Vegas plus we hear there are good chances of seeing celebrities there. I can't wait to get there!

When you come out to Las Vegas, look me up. I'll be happy to show you around. Right now I have to go and get packing. We're almost ready to move to Las Vegas, but we have some more packing to do.

House Break That Pomeranian Puppy

House breaking a puppy isn't that hard. All it takes is some time and effort. You may think your pomeranian is tough and can outlast you, but you'd be wrong.

The trick is to keep the same program. If you take him out at 7 a.m., then take him out at 7 a.m. every morning. By taking him out to potty at different times, you upsetting his bodies clock.

House breaking consist of repeated steps, day after day. Lear to get on a schedule and housebreaking a new puppy will be a breeze.

Another thing to consider is to never hit your puppy when accidents happen. This will only make him go hide next time. Stern scoldings are generally enough to make them realize they did something wrong.

On the other hand, when they do go potty outside, make sure you give them enough praise. Lots of praise for being a good pomeranian puppy.

When you puppy starts to go, just pick up and say "no-no" and then take them out side and with a reassuring voice, let them know it's okay to go outside. Doing this from a early age will greatly improve your house training a puppy.

It won't be long until you can lower your defenses. Puppy will learn to come to you when he wants to go potty. Once they "get it" they generally will not go in the home again.

One more thing, do not use cleaners with amonia in them. This will derail your housebreaking a puppy because amonia is a by product of urine. When puppy smells urine, it's his/her instinct to pee there also. You kitchen floor may smell all nice to you, but your your new puppy it smells like a big ole pee place! Now know why some people have a hard time housebreaking a new puppy.
