Well, we did it. We finally decided to move. We both need a change and so we're heading out to buy some Las Vegas real estate.
The good news is that the prices have came down in the last year in Las Vegas. I'm happy about that! I may start a blog about Las Vegas once I get there!
We've been looking at Las Vegas real estate online and there are some nice homes there. We are trying to find a place in North Las Vegas if we can afford it. I hear it's nice there.
The next thing we have to do is figure out how much we can afford. Hopefully when we sell our house here we will have enough for a large down payment on some nice Las Vegas property.
We love the nightlife that Las Vegas has to offer, especially the Tao Las Vegas, it's the coolest place in Las Vegas plus we hear there are good chances of seeing celebrities there. I can't wait to get there!
